Journalist and author Angela Kennecke met Steve Frey while covering the GEAR UP scandal in South Dakota for KELOLAND-TV. Steve was helping the town of Platte heal, from his own experiences with loss and tragedy. He asked Angela to write his remarkable life story and she agreed. The author and subject of this biography will talk about how they came together to work on the project and what they both learned in the process. Steve will explain why he is so passionate about getting his message out to others and how this book is helping him fulfill his mission in life. Angela will speak about the process of writing a biography and publishing the book.
