On Thursday, January 30, 2020 at 6:30 PM, authors Phil and Sandy Hamman will give a PowerPoint presentation about their newest release, Duct Tape Killer. The Hamman’s previous true crime books, Gitchie Girl and Gitchie Girl Uncovered went to #1 best sellers. The presentation will be about the book which is the true inside story of murderer Robert Leroy Anderson. His crimes terrorized Sioux Falls and the surrounding tri-state area in the mid-1990s. Retired prosecutor and judge, Larry Long, advised on the book. The events surrounding the heinous murders and other previously unknown information will be discussed. Attendees will be able to view a display board containing actual items used and possessed by Robert Leroy Anderson. A book signing will follow, and books will be available for purchase.
