As we age, our ability to balance and stabilize our bodies decreases. Maintaining and strengthening the body's stabilizing muscles helps improve these functions. Led by a fitness professional, this class will show you some basic exercises and movements to improve your balance and stability. All abilities welcome. Registration required.
