'Imagine Your Story' this summer by participating in our Summer Reading Program and creating a mask!
Participate in Summer Reading Programs from home! Imagine your own story by creating a mask based on your favorite fairytale character or using your imagination.
This take-and-make is for children in grades K-5 and includes instructions and mask template shapes printed on cardstock. It can also be printed from home by clicking here. Decorate your mask with markers, crayons, stickers, gems, and other items. Hold it in place with a popsicle stick, straw, string, or other available item.
If you’d like to make your mask with us, we’ll be offering a Virtual Mask Program on Tuesday, June 9 at 1:00 p.m., on Facebook, YouTube, and our website.
We’d love to see your mask! If you have online access, post an image of you wearing it in the Mask Mission in ReadSquared. If you don't have online access, check off the Mask Mission on your paper log. Participating in five ReadSquared Missions will help you earn an extra raffle ticket for the grand prize drawing in our Summer Reading Program!
To pick up your take-and-make, visit any open branch of Siouxland Libraries or follow the instructions below when scheduling curbside service.
